Seventeen years as a cyber and technology investigator, recognized nationally for the work. Somewhere along the way I stopped waiting for better tools and started building them. Here's the long version.

From the field to the build.
I started Southern Recon Agency in Florida in 2010 and built it into an award-winning firm. Then I founded E3 Legacy Intel, its cyber division, to take the cases most firms won't touch: wire fraud, cryptocurrency tracing, dark-web work, online-actor attribution. The deeper I went, the clearer it got. The work was outgrowing anything a human analyst could do by hand.
So I built the tools. Mantle, Recon, ATLAS, Ledger, a deeper set of forensic instruments, and the investigation agents that run inside them, all working real casework right now. Together they're the E3 suite. I developed them. E3 Legacy Intel owns and operates them.
A working cyber investigator who also ships production AI is a rare combination. Rare enough that conference organizers, law firms, corporations, and federal partners keep calling. This site is where that work lives.

Licensed, certified, and genuinely rare.
The FBCI is rare on purpose. Fewer than fifty Florida Board Certified Investigators exist in the state, and I'm one of them. Alongside it: an active Florida private investigator license (Southern Recon Agency, A-1400197), digital forensics certification, and formal TSCM (technical surveillance countermeasures) training, with more credentials behind those.

Seventeen years of casework brought alongside federal, state, and local agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Marshals Service, among others. The kind of work that doesn't make it into a brochure, on the kind of cases that don't leave room for error.
